Crispy Seafood Breading Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs (your favorite type)
- ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
- 2 T One Love Curry
- 2 T Bahamen Baker
Plus
- 2 Eggs (for dipping)
- Ghee or Avocado Oil (for frying)
- Your choice of Fish or Seafood
- Salt (to taste)
Directions:
- Prepare the Breading:
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, One Love Curry, and Bahamen Baker. Mix well. - Prepare the Egg Wash:
In a separate shallow bowl, crack two eggs and beat them with a fork. - Coat the Fish/Seafood:
Dip your fish or seafood in the egg mixture, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. - Firm Up:
Place your coated fish or seafood on a plate in a single layer. Allow it to firm up in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours. - Fry the Seafood:
Over medium heat, pan-fry the breaded fish or seafood on both sides using ghee or avocado oil until golden brown. - Season & Serve:
Sprinkle with salt and serve with lemon or lime wedges, or pair with our “So-Delicious Tartar Sauce.”
