Ingredients:
- 1 bottle red wine (we recommend Pinot Noir)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 orange, zested, peeled, and sliced into rounds
- 1 tablespoon Bahamen Baker (for caramel muffins, cakes, chai, and pie)
Directions:
- Make the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and orange zest. Place over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
