According to the Cleveland Clinic, FODMAP is an acronym for a certain class of carbohydrates, called fermentable short-chain carbohydrates, which are more difficult for people to digest. The full acronym stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols.
For those of us who experience food related, belly sensitivities because of high-FODMAP foods, much physical and emotional distress can occur when we consume them, such as gas, bloating, belly cramping and frequent trips to the Loo.
However, our Low FODMAP seasoning line covers a wide variety of culinary possibilities for the preparation of delicious meals that can nourish & satisfy.
It's important however to be sure to follow the specific food related guidance of your health and wellness practitioner.
In this seasoning line, we leave out high FODMAP ingredients that can trigger digestive discomfort.
Don't worry, there are plenty of ways to create Big Flavors without those ingredients. We will be sharing easy ways to show you how to prepare easy meal options with less time and more confidence !
In the meantime, grab our seasoning bundle and just begin to sprinkle. Use these Low FODMAP blends on any protein, vegetable, soup or starch that needs a flavor-lifting boost.

If you choose to use this blend to season a soup, stew or broth, we recommend adding the Persian Princess during the final 10-15 minutes of cook time so the essential oils are still at their peak when consuming. Alternatively, you may choose to simply add the Persian Princess at the very end of the cooking process—cover the pot or casserole dish, and allow the herbs to rehydrate via the carry-over heat for 10-15 minutes.
